We are the only certified OEM Evinrude dealer doing this service. Everyone else offering it is a backdoor shop with zero factory training on the E-TEC systems. Also, unlike the other shops, we just do the Evinrude injector so we know it inside and out.

Injectors are serviced in the order they are received. Injectors received Tuesday thru Friday are normally serviced by the next day. Injectors received Saturday, Sunday and Monday are not serviced till Tuesdays when we return for the week. During the summer months it can be delayed a day due to the volume of injectors received. Please note that UPS does not pick up on Saturday so if they are received on a Friday they will not ship back out till Tuesday unless you want them sent USPS which will ship out on Monday.

We Know Evinrude Injectors Inside and Out!
Barnacle Bill’s uses the ASNU fuel injector cleaning and flow testing process which uses special computer-controlled testing equipment. This ultrasonic cleaning method cycles the injector to restore dirty, clogged, gummed up or leaking fuel injectors to operate at the same level and standard as if it were brand new.

Serviced injectors are warrantied for 30 days from date of service. If there is a issue with a serviced injector it must be returned for inspection. Any signs of water intrusion will void the warranty. If a injector is deemed bad under the timeframe, $75.00 plus the cost of return shipping up to $20.00 will be refunded or $75.00 plus cost of return shipping up to $20.00 will be taken off a new injector purchase.
