STORAGE & WINTERIZATION
We offer full packages for winterization, shrinkwrapping and outdoor storage to ensure your boat is secured for the Winter and ready to go in the Spring!
You can feel confident in storing your boat at Barnacle Bills Marine. Our storage facility is located at our shop. We have surveillance which covers our entire location. Unlike other storage yards, you are free to service your own boat. You can access your boat during normal business hours. After hours or when the store is closed, all you need to do is call us in advance to let us know you will be down.
Space is limited, so contact us today to reserve your winter storage space.

We offer two storage packages. First package is you drop your boat off in the fall then pick it up in the spring time. As a bonus to people that own there own trailers, you can summer store the trailer with us at no charge. Second package includes us picking up your boat from a ramp in the fall and returning it to the ramp in the spring. We trailer from the Ocean City ramp down to Cape May. Then up the Delware Bay to the ramps found on the Maurice River.

Both packages includes the following: Powerwash the bottom, fully winterize one outboard, shrink warp with mildew bags and vents, store, paint the bottom with ablative bottom paint, charge the battery and start up the engine in the spring.

Package #1 customer hauls from and to the ramp:
18ft and down $1,195 plus tax
19 to 22ft $1,395 plus tax
23 to 25ft $1,595.00 plus tax
Boats 26ft and larger must call to see if we can handle you.

Package #2 we provide the hauling from and to the ramp:
18ft and down $1,395.00 plus tax
19 to 22ft $1,695.00 plus tax
23 to 25ft $1,795.00 plus tax
We do not provide hauling for boats 26ft and larger.

Basic Winterizing Services provided:

Outboard winterize includes the following:
Stabil the fuel system
Flush the cooling system with Salt-A-Way
Fog the enigne
Coat the powerhead with CRC
Grease the fittings, steering and propshaft
Replace the gearcase oil with Evinrude's HPF Pro Gearlube
Unhook the battery and clean the battery top

Outboard winterizing prices
30hp and down $150.00 plus tax
35 to 75hp $175.00 plus tax
80 to 140hp $200.00 plus tax
150 and larger $225.00 plus tax

4 stroke outboards should have there powerhead oil and fillter replaced.
Drain and replace the powerhead oil with Evinrude synthetic blend oil, install a new oil filter, dispose of the old oil and filter $225.00

Winterizing of boats systems

Saltwater washdown system $50.00 plus tax
Freshwater cold system $50.00 plus tax
Hot water system $85.00 plus tax
Toilet $85.00 plus tax. Holding tank must be empty.
Air conditioning system $125.00 plus tax

Shrink wrap service
$15.00 per foot for boats with no hardtop or teetop, plus tax
$20.00 per foot for boat with a hardtop or teetop, plus tax
