This kit is for cooling issues on the 15HO, 25 and 30hp Evinrude E-TEC's. If you replaced the water pump and thermostat and the engine is still running hot then you will need to removed the powerhead to clean out the water passages.  The head gasket starts to break down and blocks the cooling passages. This kit gives you new OEM head, powerhead, inner and outer exhaust gaskets. New water tube grommet. New muffler and fuel clamps along with 5 tie straps.  The purchase of a service manual is recommended and a pdf format can be found on our site as well.
